Please note that delivery times may sometimes be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order. Manthralaya Gold Covering will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Kindly share a clear video of the product and package through WhatsApp immediately after opening the parcel.
Our team will review the video and assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note that used products or products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange or return.
